What we collect

Waiting list. If you join, we keep your email address so we can write to you about Talk Equalizer. The legal basis is your consent, Art. 6 (1) (a) GDPR. We keep it until you unsubscribe or ask us to delete it.

Account. If you create an account: email, name, and account ID, for sign-in. You can delete the account anytime in the app or by writing to hello@talkequalizer.com.

The app

Microphone audio is processed on the device. It is not saved and not uploaded. There is no analytics, no tracking, and no advertising.

Hosting

The site and the waiting list are kept by trusted hosting providers within the EU.

Your rights

You can ask for access, correction, or deletion, and you can withdraw consent, by writing to hello@talkequalizer.com. You may also lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority.
